LSG – League for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transsexual Esperantists

Who we are

LSG is an organization in the Esperanto movement for gay men and lesbians, bisexuals, and transsexuals. LSG has the following goals:

1. To create international solidarity and cooperation among our members, thereby supporting efforts to promote Esperanto and to fully integrate gays and lesbians in society.
2. To work towards the end of language discrimination by educating people in gay circles about the world's language problem and about how it can be solved with Esperanto.
3. To work towards the end of anti-gay discrimination by educating people in Esperanto circles about gay men and lesbians, their value in the world today, and the problems they face.

The league publishes a bulletin called Forumo every three months which is also available on the web site, and a list of Gastigantoj, LSG members across the world who offer travelling Esperantists a place to stay during their travels. The list is published once a year.
